If you are reasonably new to tennis, not played for a long time or looking to grow your confidence and your knowledge of the game then this is the group for you. The course will focus on general techniques of the ground strokes, serves and volleys, in a relaxed learning environment. The aim will be to put this into rallies and points play in both singles and doubles formats.

Adult Improvers

If you feel like you have a good understanding of the game but would like to improve your skills, techniques and tactics of the game then this is the course for you. The course will be based around drills, conditioned points and match play mainly in a doubles format.

Adult Advanced

This course will be a doubles specific course for players looking to get involved at team level. The course will focus on key elements to being a good doubles player involving game situations, tactics, court positions, importance of communication and creating strong partnerships. The sessions will involve drills, conditioned points play and competitive match play in a fun environment.

If you haven't played tennis for a few years or maybe you would simply like to refresh your techniques, tactics and court positions to help you gain confidence to join in with other members then this is the course for you. This course is a great way to meet other members in a similar position to you who are looking to improve their skills and grow their confidence to be able to join in social mornings and evenings. This course is aimed at players with a rating of 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, 11.2.
